The menu selections below are just for starters. We can customize menus to accommodate our customer's needs and most items are presented slider style (small plate). This style of service allows our guest to try a variety of items during any event.
Our menu items can be presented on hors d'oeuvre trays and passed, on a plate or pans on buffets. We can also add any menu items that is not listed here - just let us know, we are friendly chefs and don't mind modifications :)
For Breweries and Festivals
Mini truck means mini kitchen too; therefore, our menu offerings will vary. When we work breweries and festivals we will offer 4-6 items at a time. We'll always include vegan and vegetarian options in our selections.
