Our owner and operator attended the College of Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management in NYC, and the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. He has over 30 years of knowledge and gained most of his experience “hands-on” in the hospitality industry. Through the years he has acquired an extensive background working as a chef, general manager, and regional director for the largest food service provider in North America. This extensive culinary background helps us craft the perfect sliders.
